I guess I never really look...This was a great post. I guess I never really looked that closely at books to figure out what sort of disorder/stress disorder the characters might have had. I guess I need to pay more attention when I read a book. However, I do think all of these "problems or issues" add to the characters. Having perfect characters who never have a single problem is boring and not true to real life. I personally love when characters are sort of screwed up because of their past.
